I've looked with the search engine and haven't found the data I'm looking for....so, does anyone know the size of the bow rails (7/8, 1" etc) used on Classic Whalers? - especially the Revenge...thanks in advance

rehenderson,

The transition year was 1988 for the Outrage and Revenge....

Prior to 1988 the Bow Rails were 7/8" and pieced toghether using rail fittings....
After 1988 they were all welded 1" .

1988 could be either way but this is not confirmed... I believe I have seen 1988 both ways though...

rehenderson,

I take the above back somewhat...
It depends on the model Revenge.... What year, size, and model do you have?
The Walk Through models may have had the larger rail earlier.
