jkh	posted 04-21-2004 11:44 AM ET (US)         I am replacing all the wood on my 1967 13'whaler. I am going to use tiller steering. I am installing a pedestal type seat - the removeable pin type. Should I mount the seat in the center of the boat or offset for easier steering. If offset - how much. I want the boat to sit level but also easy to operate. Thanks
