I have a Sport 13 that has screw holes on the deck of the non-skid surface from the previous owner. What should I use to fill the holes, and where can I find a tool or mold that will give me the non-skid surface. Also, does Spectrum Color sell anything to fill the holes before applying new gel coat?

This is almost a frequently asked question and there are many previous articles on this topic.

You can fill holes with your choice of material:
--resin, either polyester or epoxy
--adhesive or silicon sealers

You must make your old mold pattern of the non-skid. Many gel coat resin sellers also sell the material to make a mold

You can fill the holes with stainless steel flat head screws set flush.

There is also a product from Gibco called Flexmold. I have not checked to see if they match the whaler non skid but it might be worth a try. One reseller is https://www.minicraft.com/retail/gibco/gibcomain.htm
