posted 07-27-2004 07:10 PM ET (US)         I pulled my 21ft outrage out of the dock to wax her. While out I pulled the garboard drain plug and was amazed at how much water came out. Is that something I should drain on a regular basis. If I did not decide to wax the boat I probably would not have checked the drain untill the end of the season, and is it possable to drain it w/out pulling her out of the water?
