Making a Whaler windshield is easy. I've had three made and they all fit perfectly.Henry, look under "plastics" in the yellow pages. Find a dealer that sells and fabricates in Lexan and other plastics.
It's easiest if you bring them your existing windshield and tell them how you would like to change the dimensions. You can also change tint and thickness if you wish. Remember, as you go taller it increases the surface area pressing against the wind. If you build one too tall and thin it can crack under the stress of towing at highway speeds, but a couple inches shouldn't be a problem.
I think my last two windshields cost about $125 each and took only a day or two to fabricate.
