Probably nothing, but call your marina to find out. That tag is used for two purposes at my marina.
The first is to simply signal the staff that the motor has been winterized, and make it easy for them to determine that -and move on to the next boat. With a lot of customers in the fall asking for services, and a lot of boats in the yard, it just makes it easier for the staff as they're shuffling boats into and out of the service bay.
The other is in regards to Inboards/ I/O boats - these motors are winterized with RV antifreeze in the water jacket....it's important to drain and dispose of this antifreeze properly in the spring for environmental reasons. Also, some marina's leave cooling plugs OUT when they drain the system....these plugs need to be reinstalled in the spring to ensure that the cooling system works properly.
Obviously this does not apply to Outboard motors.
If they just fogged the carbs, changed the lower unit lube and changed the sparkplugs, you're good to go in the spring by just firing her up....but again, check with them to see what they did.
