I have an 1985 Evinrude 115 VRO. The diaphram in the fuel pump part has a pin hole in it. I have heard that you cannot repair these pumps. I was thinking about putting a regular fuel pump in and doing away with the VRO pump and mixing the gas and oil myself. The problem is that I am not sure which fuel pump I would need to install. Could anyone give me an idea which one to use.

Use the one from the 112 or 88 Hp special engines from that year. Those were the non-oil injected lower cost commercial motors. I believe all the V4 fuel pumps are the same, but the VRO pumps differed due to various improvements over the years. You can probably find the part number at www.iboats.com
