wswillis	posted 01-25-2006 11:08 PM ET (US)         What is the name of the black plastic looking collar that sits around the steering wheel shaft and abutts against the dash?( I can't find my old one --doing the final re-hab on my 79 Montauk. The 90 E-Tec goes on this week.) Where would I get a replacement? wswillis
