Author	Topic:   What length Hydraulic Steering Hose for 79' 22' Outrage
merensen	posted 02-24-2006 09:14 AM ET (US)         I am trying to order a Sea Star hydraulic steering kit for my outrage. I just re-powered with a F225 Yamaha and am not sure what length hoses I need. I have a super console and regular open transom. Anyone have a similar set up? Thanks, Mike
ratherwhalering	posted 02-25-2006 09:45 AM ET (US)             Mike, I don't know the exact length, but I would guess that it is the length of your old steering cable plus 2 feet ( added for center mount and for movement)
