bsmotril	posted 05-09-2006 03:08 PM ET (US)             George, A good option is to go the OEM source for many of the kit aircraft makers that are prolific in Florida. One such company I have used in San Antonio TX is Engrave-Tek. Give them a drawing or cad file of a panel and they'll make it out of sheet aluminum. One such company in central Florida is nimbus aviation. They have a website, and I'm sure there are plenty of others.
