I am still in the process of restoring my 1986 18 Outrage. I was going to coat the splashwell with UltraTuff Marine coat. Does anyone have a suggestion on how much to order and what color best matches the Desert Sand Whaler color?

That is GREAT stuff - I just used it on a 13' that I restored.

I ordered a gallon (which turned out to be too much)of the white, used their primer & their roller (previous posters suggested using their primer & roller for better application & durability).

Expensive, but well worth it! Went on easy, but has a tendency to pool up. Be careful of trying to put "extra" in some spots - mine cracked in the places that I used too much.

I believe their "Marine Cream" is close to what your looking for, but ask their tech line - they were pretty helpful.
