Hello,

Need info on Bimini Top size for my 87 Montauk, I'm 6'2" what height top should I get? How much headroom will a 54" tall model give me? Anyone my height, what size have you installed? Need to be able to stand without hitting the top and also have good visibility to the side etc. I run 90% of the time standing.
Any input would be greatly apprieciated.

Thanks

Doug

I'm 6'0 and have the Mills standard top on an 84 Montauk. I can fit under it fine standing. Only slight ducking is needed when passing the console to clear the brace straps that attach to the shepheard's crook rail. The boat is not nearby, or I'd measure it for you. BillS

If you going to buy one. You migh consider to get the bimini for classic (80's) 18' outrage. It gives you more headroom and stays outside the bow rail when not in use (with the slide tracks).
