Well, I was just browsing marinas here in Florida and came across a 21 or 22 ft outrage in bad shape. It's on trailer, however a huge gouge was taken out of the bow when it was loaded. Poor trailer maint. as well. Obviously foam damage as well as fiberglass. Motor is locked up, supposedly from just sitting on the trailer ignored.
The cockpit, console, and woodwork appear to be in good shape. I'm sure the wiring is a nightmare.
I'm a die hard Whaler enthusiast, and believe I can get the boat for 3000 or below. Think the hull work would be just to much? Would it be a good buy, knowing it would be a labor of love to repair?
I haven't found out the year or any other facts yet, going to try to hook up more info tomorrow. I still have a outstanding 21ft. C/C so I won't be jonesing for the water, it just ain't a Whaler, know what I mean?

It makes a big difference if it's a 21 or a 22, and the year of the hull. Post some more info and photos when you can.

I will. Was going today, but the railroad had the poor taste to call me out to work. I'll get by with my camera and questions by the middle of the week.
