Finnally got to my Rage this year. Started right up but I have a question about the telltales. (actually I have several questions but I put them in seperate threads so they can have some continuity)
Running at 1000 rpm on the trailer with the flush attachment,a large healthy stream came out of the larger hole in the center of the transom plate but nothing came out of the smaller hole to port. This is coonected by a short 10"? lenght of hose to a black plastic 90' elbow-part #33 on the adaptor and muffler parts page. The hose was clear but the elbow was blocked, would not clear with a coat hanger and I could not get it to screw out without all the work of removing the harness and engine room wall.
Is this critical to running the engine? Any one ever find an easy answer?
Thanks for your thoughts.
Larry

Larry-
I may be wrong on this one but I dont think I am, but that line is exactly as you described it a telltale, it is there tio simply provide you with a visual that the pump is moving water through the system
