I want to mount a swim ladder on my 87 22 outrage. Can someone please guide me? Thanks!

Do not like drilling in the hull below the water line. How often do you need one, is it a dive platform or a ladder, if its a ladder might be a good idea to look at the removal ones that have a two hooks that fold down and fit over the gunnel when needed.
