hi i have a 1973 13 sport. i just had it in the water for 4 days. i then pulled it out and a few days later i noticed water drip streaks on the bottom paint. i also noticed a drip here and there. is there a crack in the hull? all this is on right front. should i be worried?

Is the water starting to drip at the rubrail? Sometimes water can get trapped in between the gunwale and the rubrail then drip out little by little. Check that out before you start worrying.
