lurkynot	posted 06-24-2007 11:23 AM ET (US)         I urgently need to re - bunk my ShoreLander Trailer. Where can I find the stainless staples and gun or tool necessary to attach the carpet the bunks. Thanks
Tom W Clark	posted 06-24-2007 11:26 AM ET (US)             Your local hardware store. I recommend a classic ARROW brand T50 staple gun with either stainless steel or Monel staples in the 1/2" length.
Bridgedeck	posted 06-24-2007 01:55 PM ET (US)             Not only do I completely agree with Tom on that recommendation, I strongly suggest not using the newer style staplers that reverse the handle. It does have a little orange arrow pointing to the business end. Unfortunatly that arrow is covered by your hand when you are stapling incorrectly. Which after a lifetime of stapling the "normal" way, is extremely easy to do. I sent a 9/16" staple right throught the knuckle of my middle finger. Luckily it bounced off the bone rather than penetrating it. Ooh. I just realized that stapler is also an Arrow. Make sure you get the T50! DAN
