A Li Volsi	posted 07-17-2007 09:39 PM ET (US)         What are people using for a pilot seat for an older 16 footer. My pilot seat is shot and needs replacement. I am having a hard time finding a replacement-even Whaler is giving me a hard time. Just need something for fishing and tubing with the kids and don't want to pay $600 or wait for 4-6 weeks for a seat!
Erik 88Montauk	posted 07-18-2007 07:13 AM ET (US)             I replaced the RPS with a leaning post about a year and a half ago. I found it on E-Bay for $200. It takes up less space and works for me because I am always standing. It also makes for plenty of room below for a 20 gallon tank with room for an easy fill.
