Hello, I don't mean to beat a dead horse with more questions about water in the hull but I am still confused and in need of answers I am in the process of removing waterlogged foam from the hull of my newly acquired '64 13 footer. I had hoped to simply repair the existing hull damage( trailer damage and other dents and dings) but on further exploration I have found considerable water logging in the foam under the transom and along the keel of the boat. I believe that a good portion of the keel is delaminating. Which is resulting in damage in that area from the rollers on the trailer. I have removed some foam from under the transom. It was quite wet and there seemed to be organic matter mixed in with the foam......? How concerned should I be about the transom? Is the transom plywood? How much foam should I remove? how do I replace the foam I remove? Is great stuff minimal expansion foam a suitable replacement? How concerned should I be about further delamination in other parts of the hull? Thanks for your help Erik
