squiggy	posted 07-18-2008 06:52 AM ET (US)         Just bought a boat with a Johnson Super Seahorse electric. It is two- or four-cycle? What is its horsepower? What is its year? The serial number is J2516864. Any help would be great .

jimh	posted 07-18-2008 08:23 AM ET (US)             You should be able to deduce the combustion cycle of the motor from its construction. A two-cycle motor would be most likely for an older outboard motor from OMC.
