[This author informs us that he] needs [to know] where to buy a tool [for forming the rolled lip on the brass drain tubes used on Boston Whaler boats as through-hulll drains] and [where to buy the] tubes [themselves] for a c.1980 Boston Whaler boat. Thanks

Twin Cities Marine is the place to purchase. If you are the gentleman who purchased my 15 footer last spring you can borrow my tools.

I've done some research on Tom W Clark's posts on the process and his technique for doing that.

IIRC he recommended Hamilton Marine. Try this link: http://store.hamiltonmarine.com/browse.cfm/4,6791.html

Hamilton Marine is but one of many sources for the flaring tool. Just Google "Moeller" "Flanging" and "Tool"
