I riggign my boat with an E-Tec and am looking for instructions for hooking up the I-Command. It looks simple enought but I want to be sure to do it right. Thanks |

Do you have all the components, i.e. tees, backbone harness, termination resistors, etc? Are you going to have an oil tank sensor, fuel tank sensor, GPS antenna? More info on what you want to do would be helpful. |

I'm pretty sure I have everything needed. I have the water pressure setup, fuel level setup. I am only running one guage and it is a small console on the boat and I do not want it to get cluttered. |

Do you have to use the lowrance GPS antenna or can I run it off of my Garmin GPS? |

As long as you have the latest antenna. GPS 17x NMEA 2000. If you have the older GPS 17 or 17X, that antenna is 0183, won't communicate with the BRP network. |

Good publication that BRP has put out, but didn't see a component section, as far as all the "hardware" one needs to rig an etec for I-command. That was the question I was asking. |
