Had the plastic intake fitting break off the fuel pump, and it appears the only fix is to replace the whole pump at about $400. Ideas? Source for a better deal? Thanks, Mav

I needed a fuel pump for one of my 2001 Johnson 225s around Christmas time frame. It took me some time to find the exact part number (which unfortunately I didn't hold on to). But then I did a google on that number and it found a craigslist posting by a guy about 10 miles away. I picked it up for something like $150 - brand new.
