Another busy weekend working on the Revenge. With nice weather forcasted for Saturday and Sunday it was time to handle numerous tasks.

Completed this weekend:
- New Thru hulls in fishwell and sump/bilge well. The fishwell thru hull did not have any O rings on either side and was secured with 5200.
- Installed diamond plate cover over rear well.
- Installed new spring cleats.
- Installed new stainless antenna mount with shims.
- Installed teak door frame
- Installed battery boxes
- Re-installed deck sections
- Caulked the deck seams
- Cut VHF Radio mounting bracket to fit under stereo
- Installed new perko clam shells on bow for anchor locker drain.
- Installed new clam shell for sump/well drain on bottom.

Since I had a buddy to help this weekend we tackled all of the 2 man jobs so I can proceed on my own.

I have included pictures of some of the above tasks.

I am very impressed with the aluminum plate you have fabricated and installed to cap the deep transom splash well on your Boston Whaler REVENGE 22 W-T Whaler Drive boat. I like the pry-out access hatch you have installed in the plate to allow access to the splash well.

Thanks for posting the pictures and giving us a chance to see your work.

Thanks Jim. I appreciate it. I am fully in the reassemble stage and still need to get my boat back to the dealer to water test the motor mounting position and the prop size. I am targeting 5-1 as my splash date in the marina where I will keep the boat this summer.

Can't wait to run the new 250 and provide some performance numbers.

Keep the pics coming! I need all the inspiration I can get on my 22 Outrage Cuddy WD project rig. I was trying to get the new motor installed by this weekend but have taken on the project of filling in all of the holes in the transom myself so hopefully next weekend I will also have some performance data with the new 250 E-Tec.

Best of luck,

pm

I agree with Crabby, keep the pictures coming. It is really helpful to see another boat so simlar to mine. We have splashed btw and we hammered the perch in Lake Michigan last weekend. Get that boat in the water!! Thanks again.
