I am just getting my 2008 Outrage 190 ready for the season and when testing the enigne I notice a stream of water comming from under the starboard rear cowl. I removed a screws and peak underneath and can see water ejecting from what look like a screw with a few holes in it....I dont not think this can be normal as the area has not designed water exhaust/manifolds. Of matter of fact the area has some foam insulation in the area. It looks it off some kind of pump...any ideas and if this is problem or just bad design?

As I recall, it is the discharge from the oil cooling circuit.
