There was a large group buy last year for the red rubrail insert from Barbour. They no longer make it, however, there was enough people who got together to get them to do another limited run. Some including myself bought extra runs of it just in case to have around. While I am not willing to let mine go there my be others out there who are. I know LHG was replacing the rub rail on his 19 because as there was a small section missing in a stern corner. He may have enough of the original rub left to sell off and fit a Newport. You need 36 to 38-feet to do a Newport.

If you can not find a seller you could always try and restore your rubrail. Here is the technique I used to restore my 33-year-old rail. This will bring back what you can though it still my not be "Like New" depending on the amount of UV damage it has incurred.

First I wet sanded the rubrail with 400 the 600 grit sand paper. When sanding run the paper bow to stern along the rubrail.

Next I wet a rag with lacquer thinner and ran in back and forth along the rub rail and track to clean it up.

Finally I finished by wetting a rag with Meguiar's Gold Class Endurance High Gloss tire gel and wiped it on the rubrail to shine it up.
