posted 05-25-2009 09:43 AM ET (US)         I need a mechanic near Miami area preferably or the Keys, or in Key West, who will work to help me get this boat running, at last. Has new turbojet mechanism, new starter, new good quality rebuilt engine, and no "known" problems, yet it has no propulsion when engine is started and running. I have replaced most everything on it, and it ought to run, but doesn't. Suspect poor re-assembly of the complete rebuild. I have over $10,000 invested and want very much to run this boat! I need a somewhat reasonable cost mechanic to trouble shoot who knows these jet boats,and to help to take it to finish if possible! " I can bring the boat to you, and take it quickly away when it is done, if you can fix it. Also other Rage owners: any suggestions about why it isn't working would be helpful.
