I have the above pump and the automatic and manual has always worked.

Now the automatic is NOT working. I have even turned the pump upside down so it is not the float

Could the problem be at the switch?

any help would be appreciated.

That pump has 3 wires; negative, + for the manual and + for the automatic. Make sure the automatic wire has a good connection in your fuse box or wherever it is connected to power.

The connections are all good.

Which wire coming off of the pump is for the automatic?

I will try to re-splice that one.

Try removing the pump from the blue strainer and push the float with your finger.
