I am adding a couple of keel rollers to my trailer and would like to know where the bunks should be placed. At present the bunks are very close together and the boat, 15 classic, sits high on the trailer.

Recommend positioning your keel rollers as low as possible on the crossbeams, and then positioning each of the two bunks as wide as possible to sit just inside the hollow formed by outer sponson. Not sure if I have the hull terminology correct, hopefully my intent is understood. This setup makes the hull self centering on the trailer. That is needed (perhaps in conjunction with external guides), as the aft section of the hull at the keel is rounded with no V to naturally center on the aft keel roller. I have a total of 3 rollers, and my bunks are 6 feet long. |

Thanks, right now the bunks are on the inside of the inner chines. I was hoping to get them out as far as possible but thought they would be sitting to high. |
