I am going to be putting a livewell on my 15 Sport. I already have the actual baitwell but have a few questions about the installation of the pump. I am wondering if I could do a thru hull on a 15' because I have never seen one on a 15 Whaler before. I am also wondering if there is a certain spot where I should put the thruhull? Or should I just go with a livewell pump with a bracket on the back of the boat? Any info is appreciated! Thanks!

I would try to use your drain plug/hole some how as a pick up. Drilling another hole in the boat it will always be there. You are not going to use the livewell everytime you go out. Or just tie the pickup line to the engine/side of the boat...

I will probaly go with the bracket on the back then. Should I use 5200 to glue the bracket or use the screws?

I would use 4200, you don't need the strenght of 5200, and 4200 will be easier to remove when you have too.

Or make some kind of bracket that will fit on one of your engine mounting bolts, then you will not need and screws or glue...
