I know this maybe a silly question, but when replacing the terminal block on presmirk 16/17 hull (1969 model). Where are/ what are, everyone using. I tried a couple West Marine blocks, but they all were way off on the size. I do not expect the terminal block to be exactly OEM, but I would like to get close.

Any suggestions, or experiance?

Thanks
JSB

Ocean,
Cabela sells a fused terminal block for around $20.00.
I installed one last spring in the console of my friends
Cohasset, really nice and sanitary. Made me want to install one in my Whaler too. If you would like photos of the installation email me. trpetersonwi@yahoo.com

Thanks for the replies, but what I am talking about is the black terminal block normally located right below the stern light on older presmirk hulls. Like I said probably a foolish question, but I figure by now someone else has already replaced the block with a very close copy.

THanks
JSB

I'm currently reduing my 16'7'' its a 1975 hull, on the back of the terminal block are the letters E/O, can not see any other names/signs of a company. I would look at a company called Cole Hersee, could have what you are looking for. Also check on you computer for marine terminal blocks could find a hit on that...good luck

Here is a terminal block for tying your navigation lights together.

For a marine application, the terminal block should have a solid back.
