Hello, one of my 2007 Optimax motors is stuck in the lowest operating position and will not budge at all. The tilt motor is sounding and provides a strong click on both up and down and on both switches throttle and motor. I fear I am out of Hydraulic fluid or in nead of some lubrication because of a part that is corroded or seized up and holding the engine down. Does this sound right? or could it be more compIicated then that and more costly as well. If its the fluid I can check that but the engine needs to be up does it not? How does one lift a big 500 pound plus hog manually?

Thanks!

Other notes to post that may help I just noticed that my tilt lock lever on the side of the engine is not moving at all regards to the engine that will not budge. I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem as i think they just engage when in the upright position but thought I would mention it. Also the last time I used the tilt which was two days ago the engine appeared to be slightly lower then its twin by maybe an inch or two. when I lowered it it sounded fine as well worked while using it out in the water.
