My husband passed away recently and in preparing for a garage sale, I found an old Johnson outboard motor which probably has no more than 20 hours on is and hasn't been run in 20 years. The Model # is J4RCEC and the Serial # is B7938052. It apparently was make in Belgium. Does it belong in a garage sale or do you think I should contact a local marine dealer? Thanks.
