Author	Topic:   Tilt/Trim on 40hp Yamaha
ssi_whaler	posted 10-26-2010 09:05 AM ET (US)         I have a 1993 40hp Yamaha (2-stroke) on my 13 Sport. Recently, I began to experience problems with the tilt/trim. The "up" does not work on the remote, but the "down" does. Conversely, the "down" does not work on the switch on the side of the cowling, but the "up" does. I think the tilt/trim motor was replaced 3-4 years ago. Any ideas? - thanks, Garret
