As a little winter project I added some tackle storage to my console while still retaining my wood door. It supports up to 3 plastic tackle containers. I think it is very useful. You can see the end result here. Closed: Open: |

Andy, I built the console door based on the old one. But it is new wood. |

Maybe I should clarify in that I used the dimensions from another whaler to initially make the door and used new wood. |
