The setup for the frame/legs is what I want so I can mount it into the built in road holders on the stern beam. |

Hey Guys, this is my 2008 27' Outrage (new to me this yaer) I love the boat, great motors. I also have a 1988 17' Montauk and love the teak on it. I just think Whalers look more tradional with a little wood to class it up. Mike did nice work in making this for me. I am still getting the angle right for the backrest. I think I may change out the rod holders for a different angle or no angle. This is something to keep in mind if you plan a project like this. The rod holder posts for backrest are a little hard to find (not many choices for angles).I got these from We$t Marine- maybe look around harder($$$). I think I'd like to add a little more wood somewhere, but do not want to over do it. Anyway if you have any questions just ask. TC |

Doesn't really make a difference in comfort. In really rough you stand anyway and use your legs. Don't worry it's not like the wood seat on a 13' for comfort - ha ha |
