Last year my 115 quit on me. I thought it was electrical. how ever it is the turbo jet that is seized. when diagnosing the problem i found my starboard top cylinder plug was mashed. I think it came from the trauma of the seizure. Can some on with this boat let me know what the correct plug is for this boat. Also if some one has had a similar experience?

Where are you located? How do you know it's seized? When you say turbo jet, do you mean the jet drive or motor?

after further investigation i have found that the impeller housing is corroding and forcing the stainless wear ring against the impeller. I am trying to grind the wear ring but i think i want to remove the impeller first. Any idea if the shaft is regular thread ( not reverse)? And will the impeller come right out after the shaft is removed?
