Hey Guys, The drain tube in the front hatch eroded in the actual tube below the water line, which was leaking in water in the fiberglass. Need to replace it but was wondering if/where I could get a factory replacement. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, |

If it's a 25, that's a difficult replacement. At least it was for me - so much so that after ruining 3 tubes, I gave up. My guess is that when you get it out, you will find water dripping out of the surrounding foam. Let it dry for a week or so (assuming the boat is on a trailer). The reason it is a difficult repair, once you get the old one out, is that the inside and outside surface are not parallel, and exit the hull on an angle slice. This makes use of the crimping tool almost impossible. You will also probably need a repalcement Perko drain cover, which needs additional holes drilled in it. I brought my boat to Twin Cities for the repair, who has a special tool needed to do this, and which lasted about 6 years. I just had it re-done this past summer. |

Just make you own. It is a simple repair. I've done dozens of drain tube replacements, including all the drain tubes in my own Revenge 25. This thread offers some good instruction and detail: |

Replacement of drain tubes is covered in the FAQ. Q12: How Are Drain Tubes Replaced? |
