I would suggest going to the Honda web site. In the site there is a performance table in which you would provide the HP engine and you will be given a table of performance stats for different boats and prop sizes. This might give you an idea. It would be better to find someone that has that set up, and if you check the reference section you might compare weights and HP for the 15 there.

"do you guys know any stats on how this boat would perform?"

REFERENCE SECTION--
15-Foot HULL Section --Data on performance and testimoniasl on 15-foot boat handling

Propeller Section: Part Two has performance chart with spped-vs-RPM for approximately 40 HP engine (old "50") on 15-foot hull.

There is probably more information about the 15-foot hull than any other Whaler on this website.
