Does anyone know for sure if a prop from a 1987 150 OMC will work on a 1998 150 OMC?

It will fit, not sure if it will work properly. All V6 OMC's use the same prop. I believe the big block V4's also use the V6 gearcase. Cobra outdrive props work as well. A suzuki prop might work too as long as the washer spacing is OK.
