You want to talk to "the Kingfish"! He is the man for trim tabs on a 22 Outrage (or, for that matter, anything else on a 22)!
Go back though the Repairs and Performance sections as far as last January, and you should find plenty of discussion on this project, including "HOW NOT OT USE" West's epoxy!!
Seriously, though, I have seen the results of his work, and he did a great job on this difficult project.

If you open my profile you'll find a link to my newly created (and *very* basic - I'm a novice) personal website on which there is a photo of my 1992 Outrage 22 on its trailer and I think you can see the Lenco 12X12E's I installed. I am more than very happy with them. And in the same photo, you will see LHG's Outrage 25 on its trailer just on the port side of my boat.
E-mail me if you're interested in any detail (photos, description, etc.). I feel like I've pretty well beat the subject to death on the forum.

Kingfish, when did you add the arch to your boat? It looks good. Is it the same make as lhg's? I have a friend that is thinking of adding one to his Whaler, but was afraid it might look out of scale on his 22-Outrage. Great first attempt on the site as well.

Added the arch last winter - had it custom-built by Lakeside Marine in Lakeside, Ohio (on Lake Erie, East of Sandusky). They did a *whale* of a job - there may be other outfits out there whose work is as good as Lakeside's, but I can't imagine anybetter.
Thanks for the comments on the arch *and* the website. BTW, I was concerned about the proportions of an arch, too; turned out just fine and I have a little over 6'-0" clear.
