I have a Shoreline Trailer with 4 keel rollers and 2 carpeted bunks. The aft end of the bunks are approx 6" aft of the aft keel roller. My question is, where should the transom be located? At the end of the bunk or over the aft keel roller. Any help would be appreciated.

I would move the boat forward so that the transom is resting on the keel roller.

This will change the tongue weight. If it is too high you may have to adjust the position of the axle to change it.

I have a 1982 13' also, with an old rusty trailer.
2 keel rollers and 2 carpeted bunks in the back. I might be looking to replace it, any recommendations on the 'ideal' manufacturer for these 13'ers?

I recently purchased a new trailer for my 13. Unfortunately, I beleive the trailer is too short. The trailer hardly had any tongue weight. To correct this I moved the boat all the way forward. This fixed the tongue weight problem but now the boat is about 4 inches in front of the aft keel roller. Fortunatley, the boat is primarily supported with bunks. Also the axle is permanent and can't be moved fore or aft. If anyone has a solutuion to this problem I'd be interested to know.
