I picked up a bottle of Techron to start the winterizing process on my 1999 Johnson 70. The motor has probably 100 hours on it since new. What's that stuff on the label about not using techron on 2 cycle air cooled engines? Does this mean water cooled 2 cycles too? I think air cooled engines like lawn mowers and motorcycles run hotter than water cooled outboards, does this have anything to do with it? This motor always runs like a top and I don't want to do anything to screw it up.
Any opinions?

If the manufacturer meant all 2 cycle they would have said all 2 cycle engines,,,
