This has been discussed before but here is some info..

They seat brackets were made by:

Pick Instrument Products
102 Eastway
Galena Park, TX. 77547

The bracket assembly was called a:
Hi-Rise Chair Mount. The Montauks used the same seat and bracket up front as several other Whalers at that time.

I don't believe the seat itself is avalable any longer unless a Dealer has one sitting on the shelf. I purchased a new seat for mine back in 1988. It cost $250.00 just for the seat (not the bracket) at that time. I believe the brackets are around $125 or $150 still available from Pick.

Yup. I don't have a 13, 15 or 17 that lacks that front seat.

What about an 11?

I thought about that, Bigshot.

It would fit, but WeeBit is a perfect, like new Tender that I need to sell.

I just think I can sell her easier with zero changes from the showroom except the 4 stroke Johnny rather than the 2 stroke Merc she was sold with.
