I have a 1977 16'7" Whaler "Sport". I have a 90hp Yamaha, 1991 on it and need to know the prop specs. It will top out at 33.4 WOT, by GPS.

That sounds a little slow..
What Size and Pitch Prop are you runniing now?
How many RPM's are you showing at WOT???
We need a little more info..

You should be running a 13x17 Stainless.

Thanks, I'll try a 13x17 stainless and see what that will do.

Yes, I agree, the prop should be a 17" pitch.

If you are running ~34knots, then it is certainly not all that bad, but I would expect you should get at least 38-40mph.
