dicktybee	posted 10-17-2002 06:23 PM ET (US)         I have a 1977 16'7" Whaler "Sport". I have a 90hp Yamaha, 1991 on it and need to know the prop specs. It will top out at 33.4 WOT, by GPS.

John from Madison CT	posted 10-22-2002 08:18 AM ET (US)             Yes, I agree, the prop should be a 17" pitch. If you are running ~34knots, then it is certainly not all that bad, but I would expect you should get at least 38-40mph. John
