How does one identify the pitch of a stainless prop that has all markings polished off?

The numbers aren't on the blades, they are stamped "in" the hub, & the inside isn't polished, their there.

I don't know why, but my hub is COMPLETLY polished INSIDE and OUT. No numbers!! Must have been a quest for speed, had nothing else to do or just plain dumb.

Prop shop can tell you. Most merc props have it outside between blades or just under the nut inside. They used to do the bottom inside hub but I don't think anybody does that anymore.
