I have an opportunity to buy a stainless prop for my 200hp merc on a 20' Outrage. The prop is 13.75 diameter buy 19 pitch will this work for my application?
the price on the used prop is $75 USD in average cond(no major flaws).

What kind of prop is it? This makes a difference, as diameter is a complicated relationship to pitch and style of prop. As an example, here are Mercury's specified props for that engine in 19" pitch:

Aluminum: 14" x 19" Pitch
Regular SS: 14" x 19"
Mirage SS: 15 1/4" x 19"
Laser II SS: 14" x 19"
High Five SS: 13 1/4" x 19" (5 bladed)
Offshore Performance: 14" x 19" (4 bladed)

Find a prop that fits these dimensions, same style. It appears the one you are looking at doesn't.

It appears that the prop you are looking at has a small hub and you need a large hub prop. I would be very surprised if it worked in your application. Dave

Off hand, I don't know of any prop maker, that makes a 3 blade prop for a 6 cylinder engine, thats 13-3/4 inches, normally 14.25 x.... or 15".
What make is it ?

I'm not sure what make it is . Maybe the measurements I was given are incorrect.

Most if not all are 14 or 14.25 x 19". It may have been a 13.75x21 that was repitched.

Bigshot, most props made, are "not" usually 14 or 14.25 x 19, they come in 14.......14.25...& 15 for "V' 6 engines, as far as pitch, they come from 14 to 25 & even higher.
I'd say the most popular prop made is a 14 or 14.25 x 17, as 19 pitch takes alotta horse power to twist on most boats.

Sal I am not an idiot, just don't explain myself correctly all the time. What I meant is in a 19" pitch they are either 14 or 14.25 diameter, not 13.75 which is usually for a 21". The 15" diameter is usually for 15x17 or 15x15 props, etc. All 19" V6 props I see are 14 or 14.25" diameter.
