I just put a new 90hp yamaha on a montauk.Boat now in storage and not accessible. Read manual and noticed that the spark plug recommendation is for NGK B8HS10.This is not a resistor plug. Resistor plugs are recommended to avoid interference with elctronics. Wonder what spark plug engine comes with and does it make a difference?

Strange. My NGK book shows the 90 coming with B8HS10s and the 115 coming wirh BR8HS10s.
If you have interference switch to the BR8HS10s they will work fine in the motor.
