Rigging a 2001 Merc 75hp 2 stroke with Morse MT-2 control. Teleflex appears to be the obvious choice. I believe it is the "33-c RedJacket" type I am looking for. These are rated for an 8 " radius the "supremes" are rated for 3" radius. Are the "supremes worth the xtra money( approx 20.00 more)?

Also, what is the lenght required for a 17' Newtauk?

I will only use the Red jacket morse 33 c supremes! They are by far the best. They cost more but are well worth it. I think that since teleflex and morse have joined that the name might have changed to 66c or something but they have not changed the cable. Dont get anything else. My two cents.
