cc13	posted 04-14-2003 10:43 PM ET (US)         70 yam. once it cranks, it starts up instantly on one key turn. however, starting in the am after sitting up all night is a bear. turn turn turn sputter sputter sputter. once even ran the batt down trying to crank. WHY is it so hard to start after sitting overnight? Thanks.
Montauk	posted 04-15-2003 10:59 AM ET (US)             What year is the motor? The butterfly on the choke has a hole that is too big. See if you can retrofit it with a late model part. This was a common problem on older yamahas.
